Our Community
Dozer Days is an event that was originally a fundraiser to support the Parks Foundation and has grown over the years to support additional non-profit organizations that focus on children in the community.
Dozer Day puts kids close to - actually on and operating - dump trucks, dozers, excavators and much more. With music, food, giveaways and great activities for the whole family, this is a fun filled day to get to know local companies that build the region's infrastructure.
This year was an exciting year for us.Our park area, along with the play structure by Hansen Pipe was a big hit and has been donated to the Vancouver Housing Authority.
The Parks Foundation works to protect, preserve and enhance the parks, trails and recreational programs of our community.
YMCA Community Support Campaign
The Community Support Campaign seeks contributions for scholorships and program support for youth and families throughout Clark County. Over 92% of all funds raised go to directly support deserving individuals for various programs including youth sports, heart wellness program (an exercise program for those who have suffered heart attacks), and after school enrichment programs.
Downtown Vancouver Clean Up
Help make a difference where you live, work, shop and play! Spring has sprung, and the gorgeous Main Street flower baskets are being hung. Vancouver property and business owners, residents and friends joined together and take to the streets to get downtown Vancouver in tip-top shape.
Field of Dreams
This a wonderful event in March where BIA members, little leaguers and their families come together to clean up the Clark County Little League fields for the upcoming season.
